Tilt Shift Pioneer: Chel White

Chel White, a legend here in the Northwest, is generally given credit as the first to use Smallgantics, a technique used for tilt-shifting motion pictures.  It was first used in 2006 in the Thom Yorke music video Harrowdown Hill.
